and I am BACK!

I was just crossing my fingers earlier, wishing that my PLDT DSL connection will be installed today. I was expecting it sometime tomorrow or Monday though, knowing how PLDT is. I followed up through 171, and within 15 minutes, PLDT Zamboanga called me to say that they were coming to bring my modem and install the DSL kit. I have never been so excited about getting DSL my whole life. I guess having to live with using broadband connection in the past couple of weeks made me realize..broadband just plain sucks.

So here goes my PLDT connection speed (Plan 999 Experience, unbundled, so my phone costs an additional P600 or P700)

My thoughts on reading

I am not a big fan of reading e-books, because I find it difficult to read from a computer screen for a prolonged period of time. And I could probably say that I don’t enjoy it as much as a good ol’ paperback or hardbound book, since I have been used to reading from actual books that I don’t really find the thrill in reading novels on my computer. Call me old fashioned, but for me, reading is my outlet where I can relax my mind, and not think of work. How can I not think of work when I’m sitting in front of my laptop, eh?

Update on Sadie

If you don’t know who Sadie is, well, she isn’t actually a who, but rather, a what. Sadie is the name of my laptop, and she has been with me for about 2 months now, and she is still running like brand new. The battery still lasts a couple of hours if I just type and surf, and everything is still in tip-top shape. I know I should have bought an extended laptop warranty just in case anything goes wrong, but I was saving from having to spend too much so I opted not to purchase the extension. I guess I was relying too much on the fact that the computer shop owner where I bought my laptop is my cousin’s best friend, that’s why I didn’t feel the need to buy an extended warranty since I know she wouldn’t charge us overpriced service fees or repair fees.

What You Need to Know About Cialis

Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is a serious problem for many men all over the world. While there are varying degrees of seriousness and a wide range of causes of ED, it occurs when men are unable to get and maintain an erection. In a healthy male, mental or physical stimulation causes blood to rush to the penis, and it in turn grows erect. With ED, no blood or not enough blood goes to the penis.

What Is Cialis?
Fortunately, there are many treatments available for ED that are very successful. One that is growing in popularity is Cialis. This drug works by widening the blood vessels, allowing blood to reach the penis and provide an erection once sexually stimulated. Cialis is popular because it works for 12 hours. This does not mean you maintain an erection for 12 hours; it means that up to 12 hours after taking it, if stimulated men can produce an erection.

Is Cialis Safe?
Cialis is generally well tolerated, but some side effects include headaches, trouble seeing and dizziness. In some serious cases, the use of this drug has been linked to blindness. It is important to discuss any drugs you are currently taking with your doctor, since many drugs interact with Cialis.

Where to Buy Cialis
Once you have a prescription, you can buy Cialis from a number of different locations. Prescriptions can be filled at a local pharmacy, and it’s a good idea to call around to get the best prices, as they can vary with different pharmacies. You can also fill your prescription online. Often times, this is more affordable. Just make sure the pharmacy is licensed and reputable, and make sure they have a helpful and professional customer service.

Cialis is a good option for many men who are suffering from ED.
