What is wrong?

A couple of months back I had a series of visits with my OB-Gyne and another OB-Gyne Specialist. They were both able to treat one symptom but after all the procedures I underwent, there was still a mystery that neither of them could answer.

With how advanced our medical instruments are nowadays, I was baffled at how it all ended. I’ve been to a lot of different rooms, under different machines and probed and poked in different places that I felt med carts were my new best friends because they were the ones beside me all the time when I get tested for something.

Oh well, another routine checkup is coming up soon and I hope by then I get more answers that mysteries. Wish me luck!

Water Therapy

It was a couple of days ago during our grocery shopping, when there were those ladies who offer to take your blood pressure for free. Since I don’t go out much because I stay/work at home with my little girl, I decided to give it a go and voila, my blood pressure read 180/100.

Maybe it comes with age, or maybe I’m neglecting my health too much that I need to make sure I get ahead of this before anything else happens. For now, I remind myself to take it easy and keep calm but I really do hope to get one of those water fountain stands or anything with flowing water. For me, water features one of the best soothing effects on the psyche. I am instantly relaxed when I hear free falling/flowing water.

I am not sure if it will help but since it’s just an ornament or a furniture at home, I don’t think there’s anything to lose, right? If anything, maybe it really will help me in controlling my blood pressure. Any other ideas to help me out with my current situation?

Jammin’ on the Apple

Isn’t it great that musicians can now have the best of Apple?  Because Apple has one of the best infrastructures when it comes to its computers, macs and gadgets, it’s amazing what can be done without a studio.

With an audio interface such as apogee duet, it is possible to turn a mac into a professional recording studio. Investing on gadgets and interfaces now replace investing on finding the best studio with the latest technology.

Maybe this why there are a lot of talented artists nowadays (ergo those reality-based contests). They can harness their full potential and talent from home by having the best gadgets, software and interfaces available.
