One of the most popular gifts I know being bought online are scented candles. I have been tempted to try buying one online too but I’m just a little hesitant about the condition of the candle when I receive it.
I guess that’s the risk I have to take with buying gifts online. I’m pretty sure the candle itself will not be damaged, meaning its usability. I’m just worried about the exterior of the candle itself when it’s shipped and moved around.
Maybe I can just request for additional bubble wrap in it’s packaging (or even the outer packaging itself) to ensure that the physical shape won’t be damaged. Oh well, I’ll just have to get in touch with the store where I’m thinking of buying some Diptyque scented candles. I’m just so intrigued with their Santal, Patchouli and Feu de Bois scents that I think I’ll give this online shopping a try.
