For the past 2 to 3 weeks, I have been mismanaging my time. My sleeping hours were out of sync, and my work hours were all messed up and I ended up tired, sleepy, and unproductive. But last Sunday, I told myself that I have to snap out of it and get myself together. It wasn’t going to be easy, but I needed to do it or else I might need to start using acnepril soon. So far for the past 3 days, I was able to go back to my old sleeping schedule which is 6AM until 12NN (Manila time). I work on a fixed schedule of 9PM until 6AM, and I blog and do some tasks for another client in the afternoon, around 1PM until 3 or 4PM. I sleep with the kids during their nap time, and I wake up around 7 to 8PM to get ready for work. So I get a couple of hours each day to play and spend time with the kids, although I do get to check up on them every so often in the afternoons. This is working quite well for me because I get to rest instead of working straight hours.
