I have read several posts by friends who have recently had their passports renewed, and I’m glad that the process is now more organized. This means that time and effort will be saved, and we all know how difficult it is to get government ID’s from the Philippines. In fact, if there’s one thing that the Philippine government should be spending millions on would be the government agencies’ data center services. I think the government agencies facilities are way outdated, and getting new technology will help us immensely.
I know this won’t happen anytime soon, but hey, there’s nothing wrong with a little wishful thinking. *wink*
I tried to book an appointment online. It said wait for the email (so I can click on that and confirm my appointment). Never got it.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I really hope it’s not a big hassle anymore.
