Now that I am now staying in Zamboanga, Bayan DSL is no longer an option for me. (Sniff!) Before I arrived, I didn’t have any idea how Zamboanga is in terms of technology, etc. I haven’t been home for exactly a decade. I even considered buying Smart Bro prepaid broadband kit, thinking that it’s the only other option I have aside from dial-up. Well, I was wrong. When I arrived, my mom actually has PLDT MyDSL here at our house, and it’s set up with a router so everyone can access via Wi-Fi. I have been using PLDT MyDSL ever since I got here, and I haven’t had any problems so far. The speed is good, and the price is the same as that in Manila (P1299 for the landline and DSL package). So, I am only very glad to know that I have a very reliable internet connection even though I am here in the province. On with the blogging and my job over at oDesk!
