Now that carriers are battling it out for the most reliable and cost-friendly 4G wireless service, phone manufacturers are also coming out with their latest models that offer the support for the service. While some products just didn’t click with consumers, maybe due to either design, specifications or just “the feel” of it, various models still keep coming out in the market in the hope to be the “it” phone for the 4G.

Some reports say that this is exclusive to T-mobile subscribers and will be under the $100 mark. Hopefully something like this phone will also be available in our market too but then again, 4G is still in it’s early stages here. I am hoping to be able to try said 4G service by end of the year, for sure to be offered by Globe and/or Smart.
I am not a big fan of Nokia, because although the features are really up to date, the prices of their phone drop so fast. The value degrades so fast that I feel like I “wasted” money on something that I could have gotten much cheaper if I just waited for a few more months (or even weeks!). I haven’t looked at any Nokia phone for over a year now, and I have grown to love my Samsung Star WiFi. But the touchscreen interface on my Samsung Star isn’t really working well for me when I need to text a long message. I find it difficult to text long messages, and I end up just not responding to friends if they text me to say Hi. I think what I need is a phone that has a QWERTY keyboard. I don’t like getting a Blackberry because even though everyone seems to want one, I find that it’s not something I need..and want. It’s too boring for me. And I’m just not the type who will buy something just because everyone else has one or wants one. So when I was chatting with a friend who works abroad, he told me a nice phone with QWERTY keypad would be Nokia’s E5. I think it’s really cool when I saw it, and yes, I am considering to buy one in replacement of my Samsung phone. They have it in white too, and it looks sleek, so I want one already even though they don’t have it in pink.

And from what I have read, the price tag on this one will be around P9000-10000, so that’s not too bad.
MyPhone’s pink slider is eye-candy alright, but another one from Nokia is quite sleek and pretty as well. Nokia’s new C3 phone with a full QWERTY keypad is super sleek and super pink!
