My PLDT DSL connection was installed last week, yet here I am, on the verge of a breakdown because my DSL connection has been down for the past 25 hours..and still counting! I am simply disappointed with PLDT’s service, and the very poor technical support that they provide to us customers. I reported this at past 8PM LAST NIGHT, and until now, I don’t have any update, not even a timeframe of when I can expect my DSL connection to be back up. Much to my dismay, I am actually using Globe Tattoo, but this just won’t do for working.
I don’t know when my DSL connection will be restored, but I am crossing my fingers it gets back up soon, because if tomorrow comes and I still don’t have a decent internet connection, I may actually start calling them every hour just to follow up. I don’t care if they get flooded with follow-up requests from me, but I don’t think 2 days without internet connection is acceptable.
